Who we are

What we collect
This website does not collect any information from you. There is no contact form and no sign-up. If you choose to call or email us, we hold only what you tell us — typically your name, contact details, address and a description of the work.
Why we hold it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out and invoice the work. We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Emails and enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where work is carried out, we retain records for as long as required for certification, warranty and tax purposes.
Website hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify keeps standard server logs which may include IP addresses. We do not have access to these for marketing purposes and we do not use them to identify visitors.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ipelectrical2022@outlook.com and we will action the request.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to say so.
